- Ideal for cleaning timber before coating with 'WOCA Exterior Wood Oil'
- Ideal for all species of wood
- Coverage: 8-10sqm / litre once mixed (1:2 mix w/water)
How to use:
- Remove all loose foliage, branches, leaves etc. and then soak the wood with water, ideally using a hose.
- Mix Exterior Wood Cleaner with water in a ratio of 1:2 - 1:10 depending on how dirty the wood is.
- Apply the cleaner in an even coat, using a brush or spray nozzle. Leave the cleaner to work for five minutes.
- Scrub in the longitudinal direction of the wood grain using a stiff-bristled brush until the surface is clean.
- Rinse off the cleaner with plenty of water and leave the wood to dry for at least 24-48 hours before the application of Exterior Wood Oil. The wood must be completely dry. If a completely smooth surface is desired, de-nip the wood with a 120-150 sanding pad before oiling.
*Always test the product on an inconspicuous spot before use to ensure it is compatible with the surface.
*Treatment should only be performed in dry weather conditions. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
